A new resident of the area, Monique is thrilled to be bringing this magical feminine empowerment practice to Sun Valley, of which she has been a pioneer in developing, teaching, and performing for over a decade. Temple Fusion Bellydance is a modern movement modality that incorporates elements of Tribal Fusion Bellydance, ancient temple dances, Classical Indian dance, yoga, and devotional empowerment practices. This class is available to all levels and all people, and will include opening and closing prayers, dance technique drills, foundational postures and mudras, and beginner-intermediate fusion choreographies. Get ready to deepen in your embodiment of your empowered feminine radiance, new pathways of spaciousness and vitality in the body, a sharpening of the mind, direct connection to the divine, and an opportunity for sacred sisterhood community.
